This position has two major focus points, i.e. sales management and key account management.
The sales management role plans, organises and controls the company’s sales activities within a region & geographical area, through the effective management of a designated number of sales reps, applying and driving the sales management processes, in accordance with the company’s sales objectives and overall commercial strategy. The KAM role is responsible for achieving the agreed sales and margin targets in the territory and will organise regular contact with clients in accordance with the agreed strategy, segmentation, visit frequency and group policies.

- At least 10 years experience in sales
- Master degree or equivalent
